Digital Delivery Policy

All books, devotionals, workbooks, and store resources are digital products delivered electronically. No physical book or other tangible product will be mailed or shipped.

After successful payment, the download link is normally available on the order-confirmation page, in the purchase-confirmation email, and under My Account → Downloads. Unless a product states otherwise, access is configured for up to five downloads within 90 days.

Most books are provided as PDF files. Customers are responsible for a valid email address, internet access, sufficient device storage, and compatible software. A billing address may still be requested for payment verification, tax calculation, or fraud prevention.

Before requesting support, check spam and junk folders, verify the checkout email address, and review My Account → Downloads. For assistance, contact jose@josearivera.org with the name, order number, purchase email, product title, and a description of the problem.

Personal-Use License

Purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual reading, private study, devotional use, and personal spiritual growth. The file may not be copied, emailed, shared, uploaded, resold, redistributed, posted online, used in a paid course, or provided to an artificial-intelligence platform or training dataset without written permission.
